Great course, amazing trainer.

Sam great again. Lots learnt. All the role play was with awkward colleagues, all really good and glad to have learned it. I wished we went through a regular review scenario as well.

It was a great session which helped me to understand more about job planning. It was useful to be aware of the smart objectives and putting that into practice. To be able to use the persuasion and negotiation skills in everyday practice.
