Virtual classrooms can be difficult to retain attention but the tutor acknowledged this and the breaks and participation definitely helped
Overall it was very good, Ita was a great tutor and engaged the class very well. I was afraid to do this course at first due to my writing ability but this course is after giving me a bit more confidence moving forward when writing documents etc..
The pre course and course content is excellent. Ita was superb in delivering the course. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, explanatory and gave great examples of real-life scenarios when explaining something. I really enjoyed the course, and it didn't feel like 2 days! Thank you, Ita, and SQT.
