Course was well managed and everything explained very well.

Tommo was a really excellent trainer, he made the course content come alive with a mix of interesting relevant anecdotes, and real life experience and know-how and a friendly jokey presentation which also got serious at the right times. It's the first time I feel like I have really learnt useful practical skills on a first aid course and gained confidence instead of feeling less confident by the end of the day.

Very interesting course. Felt alot more confident when I'd finished. Ruben kept us engaged throughout and it wasn't boring at all.
