Really well laid out course. Great knowledge provided by trainer. Valued information from peers as well was welcomed. Found breakout rooms really helpful and informative. Would suggest possibly give clear guidelines as what to discuss during breakout rooms.

Another great SQT course, that covers all the areas of FSMS and also allows you to become in contact with participants from other food environments. Tutor Tom is very competent and prepared, challenges trainees and interacts with them by applying logic and practicability to the theory. I have very much appreciated it as method of learning and I feel that I have learned a lot in this course which has also exceeded my expectations. Not just my knowledge has improved but also my approach and my way to think around the topic; grateful for that. Thanks Tom !
