The media crisis training in Brussels was really effective! The tutors used practical activities that made a huge difference, you could clearly see how much you improved after a few rounds. They even brought in real journalists who asked tough, challenging questions, which made it feel very real. The key takeaway? It’s all about your posture and how you deliver the message to the audience. That’s crucial for handling a media crisis and speaking on behalf of the company without damaging its reputation.
