The course was great. One addition you might consider is putting a few more items re: social media responses and "customer responses" in there. This course was very oriented toward tradition media, which is fine - that's needed, especially at my office. But social media responses require a slightly different emphasis, I think.

A fantastic day with a great mix of theory and practical skills. Being interviewed multiple times gave us all more confidence in our ability to deliver them well, and receiving feedback on how we could improve our performances was key to knowing how to succeed.

The course was very useful and interesting. The practical part of the course helped to better understand in what manner the spokesperson should answer the questions; what are the main keys of a good statement and the importance of CARE, AMEN, TRUTH.

I love this course training. This is very vital, especially at this time of age. It will be helpful to such offices as the Ombudsman Commission. It will prepare us in the media statements and etc.
