It was a very useful course. Our trainer, Elizabeth, is clearly an expert on ISO 9001 and she was able to explain it very well. She is an excellent trainer. I found the pace a little fast at times but overall it was fine.

An excellent course and presenter. I learned a lot and am glad I did this particular lead auditor course as there are a numnber of options.
