This was very useful revision. I had a 'train the trainer' course 18 years ago, but nothing since, so though some of the content was vaguely familiar a lot was new. I will make me reflect on how I do presentations and how I can do them better.
Excellent. Made me feel very comfortable and therefore learnt a lot about myself and colleagues.
A really good course - not overly theoretical but great exercises to help apply tools and improve technique. Experience of the trainers was extremely valuable for this course.

It was good training by Susan and will be very useful for upcoming events. The tips and learning will be very use going forwards for presentations and conference.
