Craig was quite confident in his delivery. He shared a lot of interesting facts about his professional experiences which helped assimilation of the course material.
Course itself was very well organised and run with great deal of information surrounding CDM (as expected) to enhance current understanding of the regulations and responsibilities of duty holders.
