AI summary of reviews

Expert, approachable instructors are a distinctive strength: attendees say they explain technical concepts through relatable, real-world examples, answer questions patiently and keep sessions lively with discussion, quizzes and games. They value the broad introduction to IT, hands-on labs, troubleshooting practice and supporting resources such as ITProTV and TestOut. The course builds useful confidence for further study and entry-level IT, although its intensive pace means beginners often want more time to absorb the material and align assessments with the certification exam.

For individuals coming into this with no knowledge at all it should offer more resources to catch up to some others that may have more knowledge in the field. This course however, does not meet that expectation. By the end of this course individuals should be comfortable and ready to take the exam for the certification. However, this is not the case instead it leads to more studying and resource searches due to lack of resources. For the previous course in ITIL a huge variety of materials were provided and due to that my overall readiness for the exam allowed me to take it immediately after completing the course.

I believe a revamp of this would be great. Revamp to a guidance similar to what is being asked via objectives. One example, printers, discussed thoroughly but absolutely no documentation of it in course materials. Also curious as to why we do not get the option of actual books? I understand the condensing with notes, but to continue and grow I believe hard copies of material would be beneficial also.

I think that 10 weeks is not enough time. The courses should be lengthen.

Listen to feedback, make changes. This isn't fair to the students who are hungry for knowledge but are fed incorrect information.

ITIL 4 I was able to highlight slides instead of writing so I could keep up but not on this course. Was told they aren't available

Give the people who are paying thousands of dollars for this, the slides to be able to take notes on. "it's proprietary" is a cop out when you are literally ripping off a proprietary test, to teach. Don't send Career Services to speak to a class on a thursday when they are taking a final on friday... what a colossal waste of time and effort, to stop test prep. mondays and tuesdays should be the only days for career services. Give us the actual resources to study.
