I appreciated being able to attend both the PV and then immediate follow-on to the battery course, which Sam avoided too much duplication of information. Keeping on track with the learning timetable, also meant that we were able to fit both technologies into 4-days, rather than five, which some other training organizations seem to do. The presentation board, was also excellent for explaining various points, which I found very helpful to understand some elements. Overall, I thought you all provided an excellent experience. Thank you.
Sam was excellent, the course was very informative and I passed which was great. I would say that the other learners and I felt that it was a bit rushed, there was a lot to take in in a very short period of time.......I am sure everybody passed which was the aim, so the system is working!
Sam was a very good tutor who was extremely knowledgeable of the subjects that he was teaching. Highly recommend PTT for any further training that my company requires.

Very high quality, knowledgeable instructor. Anyone can have all the tools to deliver a course, but having the knowledge to deliver it well is hard to come by, and Steve did amazingly

Hi, Great course bit I do feel it was a little too condensed to be done over two days. It felt a little too quick and would have liked to have spent a bit more time on both this and the solar PV course. An extra day would have probably been ideal to just give us a bit more time on each section and help absorb the information a little more. Nonetheless I am happy.
Response: HI Stephen Your comments regarding the course duration are noted. It is always a balancing act with theses courses to optimise the course duration versus the time that learners need to take away from the work place and also the duration impacts the cost of the course as well. But we will continue to monitor this and if its felt another day would be desirable then we will certainly give it serious consideration.
