Could you please include the explanation on how to use this highly capable testing, Vysochanskij-Petunin/Chebyshev Inequality (VPC Test). If feasible to have the formula and it calculation to implement either way in spreadsheet or if Minitab somehow hold this (never found) and for one tail capability assessment. And add explanation of no parametric capability in Minitab
