The Emotional Intelligence course was insightful, engaging, and relevant. I particularly appreciated the opportunity to reflect on self-awareness, how emotions influence our responses, and the importance of understanding the perspectives and emotions of others. The course provided practical reminders about being more intentional in how we communicate, respond to challenging situations, and manage our emotions in the workplace.
