Our group coaching programme is perfect for those who have already been on our half day Resilience and Wellbeing workshop and wish to explore how they can integrate their learnings in to their day to day life, both at work and at home.
Those who attend this programme find they make positive changes in their workplace and at home that benefit, not just themselves, but those around them.
What you will learn
Each session will reflect on the successes and challenges of the previous week and highlight the skills and resources which have been used and take the lessons learnt and explore how to integrate this in the coming weeks.
We take a deeper look at some common issues that we all face such as how to have more helpful communications with others around us and how to build motivation.
Two of the 6 sessions can be chosen from our Masterclass programme, to focus on an area that is particularly relevant for your group.
The environment of a small group is perfect for helping each individual to find their way of integrating this work in a comfortable way that that works for them.
All those taking part in our coaching programme will receive a workbook and certificate of attendance.
