About this course
The programme takes an experienced manager through the transition of working in the business to working on the business.
Using the 5 Behaviours of an Effective Team model, this programme focusses on developing vulnerability based Trust. A behaviour which must be developed and demonstrated from the front to encourage openness and honesty throughout a business. Once this is established, then powerful productive debate and discussions can be the regular feature of a growing business. Encouraging innovation and initiative, without the fear of reprisals. This then develops clear defined goals, gaining commitment and accountability for Results.
What you will learn
The programme enables the delegate to understand their own behaviours, to to develop their own leadership style. It provides techniques and processes to put into practice and accountablity to practice the right things at a leadership level.
This programme is not about developing strategy. It is about getting the staff to deliver the strategy.
