Diane is very kowledgable and could not be more helpful and encouraging. I've actually done a management training course before but this was far better and more relevant.

I came into our Management and Leadership training hopeful. I was aware that there were shortcomings in our businesses senior leadership team and were expecting all of us to learn and implement some better behaviours. The amount of information that we actually learnt and the scope of the impact of the changes we've made are far greater than I could have hoped and I again feel hopeful that this training will touch every member of our business. So, in summary - absolutely fantastic training that's invaluable to any management team looking to help drive their business forward in a positive manner.

The course overall has provided immediate value and I have no doubt it will deliver a significant return on investment for our business. We are a startup/scaleup technology company with a relatively new management team, and we recognised that our new managers needed support and training. What we didn't expect, is how much value we would get from learning about ourselves, our team members, and the importance of having a truly cohesive team (or what that even meant). So I would say the course surpassed my expectations and I can't speak highly enough of Diane. She is exceptional at what she does because of her energy, knowledge, experience, teaching style and high standards. Over the last three months, I have learned so much about myself (Professionally and personally) and my fellow SLT team through the Management and Leadership Development Programme. The course has given me invaluable strategies in key areas such as delegation, healthy conflict, accountability, effective communication, and time management, among many others. We found Diane Mason’s 'Management and Development Leadership Programme' to be highly engaging and tailored to our individual needs. Diane’s ability to customize the training based on our DISC profiles made the experience feel personal and relevant. Her expertise in leadership, team dynamics, and strategic decision-making provided us with practical tools, after each session we felt motivated and confident to apply our learnings in our roles. The course encouraged more cohesive communication within our team (no more artificial harmony!!) and helped us approach challenges with a more strategic mindset.
