About this course
Catheterisation Training Level 3 provides advanced knowledge and practical understanding of safe urinary catheterisation for clinical staff. The course covers aseptic technique, male and female anatomy, catheter selection, insertion and removal, troubleshooting complications, and maintaining patient dignity throughout the procedure. Learners develop the confidence and competence required to perform catheterisation safely, follow organisational protocols, and work in line with current clinical best practice.
