Overall, the training was very well structured which made it easy to follow and helped set clear expectations throughout. Having multiple opportunities to practise coding the ADOS/ADI-R was especially valuable and built my confidence in being able to administer the assessments in the future. The resources provided were excellent, particularly the coding system, which made it possible to compare our scoring with that of an expert in the field. Overall, it was a highly supportive and confidence-building learning experience.

The course is well run and appropriately paced. It manages to cover both assessment tools over the five days. I would highly recommend the combined course, as it builds on the materials each day and has a good sense of continuality.

I thought that the way the course was structured, built up to learn new modules was progressive and relevant. The moodle page was easy to understand, user friendly and the way that feedback and module scoring was very useful and insightful. Overall, I have learned a lot, and have really enjoyed the course. Thank you :)

Brilliant training for multidisciplinary professionals on administering the ADOS-2 and ADI-R. Carol Stott is an engaging and effective teacher, and the content was pitched very well, considering the potential challenges of teaching a mixed group of clinicians. The teaching was well organised, with a good balance of interactive Zoom sessions and opportunities to practise in our own time. This training week was highly relevant and enjoyable, and I am looking forward to incorporating these new skills into my clinical practice as a CAMHS Psychiatrist.

Overall, think this was a well-balanced course. I enjoyed the combination of zoom sessions with practical independent tasks. I think this worked really well via the online medium.

I found the course really interesting and thought provoking and took a nuanced approach to ASD which I wasn’t necessarily expecting from training on how to use a tool (something I don’t often use in my own practice). I also had some childcare issues and the course organiser and trainer were extremely generous around this and im very grateful to them for this
