Really, really good trainier. Ebi was so good, made every question a learning opportunity for everyone and empowered each person. So well done. Really lovely way to spend a day.

The course was very engaging as the trainer allowed the us all to learn and teach each other. I like the sharing the screen option to allow us to learn through practice rather than verbally receiving the information.

I a m very happy to have attending the training. the trainer was very articulate and interacted with all of us. she was patient and answered all the questions.

Lots of new info, delivered patiently & with handbook/resources if needed after the session.

Good course, could have been more structured earlier on before the session started. A lot of technical issues to start with. Hard to keep up with the flow when people are learning at different pace. Could potentially do a test beforehand to understand the different levels.

Having to enter the data slowed down the learning. I think the session could run more smoothly and would be more beneficial if pre-prepared sheets could be sent out in advance.

I learned a lot of little tricks that will come in handy in the future.

Tutor was very warm and supportive . Group interaction was high which really helped the sessions.

Safe space to learn and practice new skills. Great fun and wonderful for networking ideas. 'Happy' is truly what it says on the tin!
