Very good course. Lots of different concepts throughout the day that will take some absorbing and digesting. Some simple outcomes though. Benet is very engaging and approachable and runs it at a good pace.

Overall the day was excellent and well structured. I found the repitition of the breakout groups in the early sessions a little unneeded and when sharing examples maybe could have done this as a group in the first instance but other than that I found the reflective element of the first day very helpful and a good first session.

The trainer was knowledgeable, they gave very clear instructions and repeated the tasks. I feel it will be easy to remember when i need to use Excel again.

Paul is an excellent trainer, a great mix of information sharing and discussion
