Found it very useful and it was good to practise the techniques. A good mix of role play, group sharing, scenario based activity and brainstorming
the course is brilliant. really great and practical. Gill is patient, approachable and effective. I think examples relevant to the homelessness sector including client facing or admin roles would be helpful. some examples could be substituted with our Christmas offers and activities/housing situations/ support needs...etc I feel one day is also a lot to take everything in. maybe two half days would be better in terms of new skills sinking in and allowing us to get along with other work tasks without missing parts of the training.

Great course! Highly recommended. I would advise everyone to go on it, but having just learnt how to coach people to find their own solutions, I'll just ask this... what's stopping you?
