Really good course, I liked Mike's style. The presentation parts were concise & informative & polished. Interactive parts were well done, great pacing & guidance. Gave me a different outlook on process mapping as tool for continuous improvement.

Great instructor, felt useful.

This is a comprehensive and useful course and helped remind me of functions that would make my inbox use more streamlined. Personally, I was looking for more tips and shortcuts on the existing functions but that might be a different course or even a bespoke session. This course was faithful to what was promised and in that respect, was very useful and appreciated!

A relevant topic, to understand and handle difficult persons, we come across in everyday' life. Its not work centric but can be applied in all types of difficult situations.

The course felt a little rushed at times and I would have liked to spend more times on the activities. Overall the facilitator did well to fit in the right amount of information with the time we had. I also enjoyed the interaction with the other participants and I learnt a lot from them and their experiences.

Portfolio days are a great idea, having a whole day on Zoom dedicated to getting help and focusing has gotten me so much further ahead on my assignment already.

Thanks so much, really informative session paced well. Pat was a great trainer!

I really liked the trainers approach to give general principles then direct the training to us doing process mapping and enabling learning through the trainer asking questions. I think I learned a lot more this way than in a more traditional training session.
