Some of the things covered I already has experience or knowledge of, but the 2 day course really helped to see the full picture/process and it was excellent how much involvement there was and activities. It was great to work in different break out rooms to get to know different people and their thoughts or experience. Rachel was excellent on getting people to contribute and asking for peoples thoughts, reasons and opinions.
The delivery of the program was excellent
It was a very informative course and definitely gives you the base of how to start using Power BI. There is a lot to take in, so was a little mind blowing. But with the help of the Word document we used as a training guide and what we have saved on Power BI, plus probably a little help from google. It has given a fantastic base of how to start using Power BI. Serena was very good, kept it at a pace that we could all follow and could answer any queries we had.
Natalie was a fantastic facilitator and tailored the session to us as participants. Her approach to teaching was so hands-on and enabled us to ask questions and get genuinely engaged with the session content.
