In general, the trainer is very friendly and knowledgeable about the subject. She was very open to listen to us.

Gill was knowledgeable and engaging. Felt happy asking questions and I learnt a lot from the course.

It was really enjoyable, as everyone interacted and took a active role in the class. Asking many questions. I am looking forward to my superuser course. Hope I don't have to wait to long, as our site is in need of an upgrade.

I didn't score higher on objectives as I didn't have many objectives, I only wanted to get from the session 'more clarity and I achieved it, but there's only so much you can fit in 2 hrs.

I found the course very enlightening and good. I am motivated to explore Excel more now. I will be applying for the Level 3 Course as well.
