I thoroughly enjoyed todays session. The session interactive and fun. I got to work with lots of different people I had not worked with before.
I find these sessions very useful as someone who is new to line management. I think setting up a framework for others to follow is quite a big task, but I'm happy with some of the skills and techniques that I'm learning so far to help with this.
I found the session very informative and was given at a good pace. It was a comfortable environment to ask questions when needed. The handouts were helpful along with the exercises. Having the answers to be able to compare where you go wrong is also handy.
Finance is always going to be a bit of a dry subject as it doesn't require particularly creative approach however Mahmood was engaging, able to answer questions and did well bringing a mixed group to a reasonable level of understanding.
A fast paced workshop but that reflects the content of the liberating structure tools. A great way of keeping people focused.
Really good session, I have learnt so much , just need to try some techniques :-)
