really great to see new tricks of excel
Having Helen attend was an excellent opportunity, it was enhanced for me that I have read about her work and listened to her podcasts so I hope others had that heads up also. I really enjoyed this session- a useful mix of support, theory and practical. I did wonder if the engagement modules sit well earlier in the course- engagement seems a fundamental building block it could be helpful earlier?

The Training has bridged the gap in my knowledge of word documents and formatting. i really found the email and letter merge very useful The Trainer delivered the training in a very interactive manner, She also worked with time frame
Sal is brilliant at explaining the terminology and steps which made the content really easy to understand. As a small group too, we were all able to contribute and ask questions if/when we needed to.
Gill made spreadsheets fun! She was super approachable and made me feel at ease to ask questions.
My overall experience today was very informative and to my surprise much more fun than i expected. The facilitator was explaining everything in a comprehensive manner, was engaging everyone as much as possible to the training, and generally had a great vibe and energy. She seemed like she loved teaching and that made the whole session very easy to enjoy.
