Interactive and insightful.

I found the course very good and useful - my only constructive comment is that 2.5 hours sessions have been a bit difficult to accommodate, leading to some staff having to miss half of the sessions.

A very well structured course with a lot of interaction with participants. A lot of what I have learnt I will share and implement.

If someone is disciplined and organized, the training doesn't bring a lot of additional value. Henry did a good job, that's not a question.

Sal was an amazing trainer, and the venue was the most supportive and accommodating I have ever experienced. I look forward to doing more courses here. I've learned a lot today.
