Very interesting day, lots of different techniques to try.

Good informative session with lots of information.

Really useful and practical session. It all made sense and will really help with some conversations I want to have with members of staff. Just need to put it into practice in order to retain it.

Good day. Tools link nicely. "Script" practising useful. Pre work for session / between session on prioritisation and time management very helpful.
