Was great and I learned so much!

Today was a really informative session. I like how the day is really good mix and balance of reflection, group discussion and sharing views and personal experiences, Thank you to DJ and Marilyn.

The day was a good mixture of input from our facilitator and sharing together, including small breakout groups. People opened up a lot in our small groups and we were able to be honest with each other. It was encouraging to realise that we all face similar challenges as people working in the charity sector. The pacing was good, with enough breaks to prevent it being too intense. The half hour allowed for the exercises and to watch a short video was time well spent.

It has been a good session overall. More small breaks are needed to break up the day. The pace was a little slow at points.

Very good workshop today

This was a useful reminder as to managing projects, the role and processes.

It could have done to have been a full-day course, it felt a bit like a whistle-stop tour of the subject. The facilitator was knowledgeable and friendly and some of the material definitely made me think differently about approaching negotiations. The admin wasn't fantastic, with a message to make sure we'd done our pre-course work (there wasn't any).
