As always, Cathy was an expert facilitator. Although the pace of moving through the agenda for the workshop was slower than anticipated, this was the result of some really good interaction, thoughts and feedback between the group. The group collectively agreed to spend more time on certain topic areas that we felt vitally important. Whilst getting a really good insight into how others are motivated, it did leave me with some person objectives that were still yet to become clear on how we can reach common ground within the group to achieve. Follow on workshops would be greatly appreciated and Cathy also provided some examples of how some of the objectives of each individuals motivations can be met which was very helpful in resolving some of the personal and group objectives. I can't recommend Cathy highly enough!!

The day was long but didn't drag which I think shows that it was well facilitated. The breaks were adequate. The facilitator was patient and encouraging and gave praise.
