Being a complete novice it went a bit quick for me in places but nothing to do with the course leader, just my slowness. I will look forward to receiving the manual so that I can go through it again at my own pace. Would like to thank Gill and my company for giving us this training. I previously opened, read and filed emails not knowing what else Outlook can do.

The course was brilliant, exactly what I needed to help me feel confident using Excel functions in my day-to-day job. It was perfectly paced, interactive and allowed us to put what we had learned into practice. I was bowled over by the number of little extra hints and tips I learned that I can apply to my work.
