The course was informative and covered the basics of what you can do with channels, activity feed, chats. Daphne involved everyone in the session, but I wasn't aware that Gill was a facilitator. There were 2 of Daphne's colleagues who we were told were observers, so as far as I was aware, the course was delivered by Daphne. The course structure and pace went really well at the beginning, but I felt that as it neared the end, it got slightly less structured. Overall, as this is a pilot I think that after a few tweaks it will be a great course.

A great course - Kevin is brilliant and so patient with some of us who need a lot of guidance!

It was a great day but we tried to fit in too much - so in future I would try to arrange an additional session - but we were trying to meet a variety of needs! Kevin is great - recognises that challenge and adapts.

Gill is such a great trainer - really clear and easy to follow.

It is a good group and the interaction is balanced between facilitator and learners.
