The session was fantastic- everything was explained in ways easy to understand
A really useful course, I would love to go further and do Level 2 when I am ready.
I love these sessions, Sophie is very understanding and asks questions that allow us to go deeper in our approach to having difficult conversations and managing our mental and emotional health in the workplace.
We had more breaks (longer) this session round and it made a real difference for me.
Really have enjoyed the course, a lot of learning, has definitely improved my confidence
