Amazing training, just by hearing about it we might want to discard the course, but being present and listening to the content we leave the course with more knowledge on how to handle difficult conversations with customers/students and how to make them leave feeling better and helped. We touched in points that are very important to our daily tasks at work and that we will definitely be using at work moving forward.

I thoroughly enjoyed the training programme and know that my colleagues did too. Isobel did well to get everyone involved, regardless of whether they were a public speaker or not, and she made me feel comfortable sharing my feelings and experiences in a confidential space. I would recommend the training course to any company in order to build team morale and structure.
