Paul was an excellent facilitator, bringing everyone into the session appropriately. The course content itself was also very strong, flowing excellently through the sections but also provided small nuggets of information which have had a big impact. the HappyManifesto seems an excellent resource which i will be sure to look at following the session.

This has taught me a lot about my self and how to manage time more effectively. There are a few resources that I will use going forward.

I really enjoyed today's session and the overall course. I have had quite a few of these in the past as an experienced manager but I still learnt so much. I enjoyed the pace, the exercises, and the facilitation style of the facilitator.

I really enjoyed the training session, the trainer was very helpful and very clear in delivering the topics covered in the course. I benefited from being a small number of participants in the course (4 in total) as we had a good interaction with the trainer and other participants.

Kevin was very good and understanding of each persons ability. Engaging and incorporated a lot of break out tasks

Great start to the course!

Day 1 was insightful and helped me introspect. Learned quite a few ideas that will be useful in my work setting. Just felt a little hard pressed for time and rushed. Touched on some concepts and ideas but couldn't discuss them further

Great course would recommend to senior team
