Very good training, great introduction to management principles and I feel more equipped to be in a management position than before.
Another insightful day, led by Ben who was a great facilitator. A really engaging session. Particularly enjoyed the peer to peer coaching practice.
Really good course, accessible and covers a lot of different topics. Ben was great - was very interactive and able to give some great examples. A lot of food for thought!
This course was really useful. There were so many new things I learned but also quite a few that I knew somewhere in the back of my mind but it was good to hear why we should practice them more. The tools are relevant for not only managers but also in day to day work.
At some times it was a little quick but otherwise very enjoyable. I will be able to bring the soft skills in to my daily life and have positive conversations with people around me
