Really enjoyed the course despite lots of info provided previous experiences played a part in expectation

Some of the exercises in Level 2 were basic -

There are some topics I would have felt better about talking in a smaller group/not feeding back. For example, I would have liked to talk about tackling problems at work/relationships without the risk of pairing up with someone I don’t feel comfortable talking to. Or that they would know who I was referring to.

Fantastic training course. Really well paced and the facilitator was really good at ensuring we all understood, and worked through the parts we didn't. Very interactive and engaging course, which allowed information to be absorbed well. The facilitator managed the flow well and I was made to feel very welcome at Happy.

It would be helpful to have spreadsheets pre-populated with data to save typing time and move onto trying out formulas etc more quickly

We started with a Level 2 course as our company had booked us on the wrong course.

I only scored service low as I kept on getting emails for the 13Jun event even though I wasn’t attending

Great day. I was hoping to gain more about how I implement in a large organisation, but came away with lots of thoughts and improvements of my own management practices.

Excellent course. Made me think and evaluate my limited skills. Will definitely make use of shortcuts in my role. Easy to find venue, and great lunch. Appreciated the many short breaks.
