Really great paced, there were mixed abilities but it felt that everyone was able to learn something

Sal, our instructor, was absolutely incredible. She was able to quickly transition when our organisation has booked the wrong training programme for us. She took her time and was incredibly patient with us. She was flexible and adaptable and explained challenging concepts very well!

This was relaxed, accessible and flexile training. The trainer was enthusiastic, patient, clear and supportive. Excellent course - thank you :)

Online but everything worked well

Always enjoy session with Happy. I find the session really engaging, even those online. There is also a lot of interaction with the cohort.

I like being online but I also like being in-person as it allows you to build person to person relationships outside of the tasks and task groups making you more likely to call on them for help and support.

Brilliant training. She had patience with us and was open to answer any questions. She demonstrated how to do new things but gave us time to try as well. Very helpful and will recommend. Thankyou

I have only given 3 stars for pace because as with all of these courses, it is difficult when you have people of varying ability on training courses. I could have gone at a faster pace but appreciate it was a mixed group. I thought our trainer was very patient and described things very clearly.
