Very informative and useful training

This course was set at the right pace with time for questions if needed. I am now able to understand how to create documents and files within a team and now reaslise that everyone within that team can view and amend these documents.

This is really useful as an overview of different meeting features, but it would require focused practice to actually feel confident in using them (cue training sessions on using individual features ...).

Paul was a helpful & thoughtful facilitator, good at bringing people into discussions

The facilitator was clear, good, and attentive, asking more than once if we had any doubts or questions about the topics covered during the training, although I would have preferred more practice moments. In my opinion, this training should be better delivered in a classroom.
