I use outlook daily and never really thought to expand my knowledge on it as I thought as long as you know how to send an email you're good to go, I did not realise it has more potential and so much you can do with it to make working life so much easier. Sal was amazing, we highlighted what we wanted to gain from the course, and what I was interested in was not on the agenda, but she adjusted the agenda to allow for this, I feel confident and excited to try these new functions and I feel confident that I will be able to work more productively going forward thanks to this course.

Sal was a fantastic trainer. Made us all feel involved and took things at our pace. Made sure that we had plenty of examples and gave us all an opportunity to work through the examples. Each of the objectives of the course were covered and I've come away feeling that every minute of the session was useful and that I've learned some very helpful practical tips and tricks.

I applied the 'Five Whys' to my members issue and found that it was a useful tool to problem solve, we used my example in the breakout room online session about 'members failing to attend courses or training' and soon found ourselves finding solutions immeadiatley, an action plan soon followed that we could implement.

I have been surprised that on the test we have done about the management behaviour questionnaire, few of us including me we are sometimes accidental diminishers as it also depends on what task you have to do at what times (it can be very stressful or you have short of time to do it, or not resources in nhs) therefore we sometimes do work as diminishers rather than multipliers which we all need to work at. It was interesting to know.
