I enjoyed the content of this course but felt a bit overwhelmed at the end. A lot of content in a short space of time.

The section on onedrive, although interesting, was a bit too long. Partially a result of the mixed ability of the group but also because it felt a bit dragged out. The second section, on word, excel, etc. could have taken five minutes and very felt much like it was trying to fill time with something that was very easy to grasp. Facilitator was good, it just feels like I could have watched a 10 minute video about Onedrive on youtube and understood everything I needed too.

The course covered a broad range of management topics but there is definitely scope to push the experience and discussion further for those in senior leadership roles. Interesting also to create a learning experience for those in the same team or site.

Good reflection session. Reviewing how things work in other places. More time given to reflect on the day and share. Probably was too many topics for a short session we had and if we concentrated on a couple but delved in a bit deeper, that would probably be more productive.

I would've liked a deeper dive into communication skills, techniques and practices during today's session, to have enabled a deeper insight into the subject.

i think it would have been good to prepare attendees in advance that they will need to bring real life examples to the group (sorry if that was done and i missed it) . i think it would be good to say in advance please bring to the session real life examples you have of various scenarios. i think it can be hard to think of good ones on the spot and the team would get more out of some more in-depth conversation or confrontations. maybe went by quite fast to easily absorb all the info but the content itself was useful
