A jam packed day full of lots of useful content
The content was really interesting, very practically useful and delivered in a clear and engaging way. I did feel that we could've gone into more depth and discussed more challenging situations as there was plenty of time, although I appreciate people can find it difficult to stay engaged with long online training sessions.
It is great to share some of our inability to believe in ourselves with others who come across so super confident. Its not just me!
Found it hard work today, trying to quickly think of examples and remember what we did last week and our strengths exercises.
An interesting and thought provoking experience.
It was very refreshing to be part of such an interactive training session. This was particularly important since the course was online. So many training courses are just being 'talked at' and endless slides. The variety of interactive methods used kept the whole group engaged throughout which is a difficult task.
Thank you so much. This has given me a basis I can work with. A lot different from the military approach I endured for 22 years.(Not used in civilian life of course).
