This was a really good intro and the right size group to do the work in. The trainer was great - really knowledgeable and patient. With a bit of mixed ability in the room it meant that we were starting from scratch which was fine - I still learned things. Particularly the differentiation between Teams, One Drive and Sharepoint. But, I think I could do with some more advanced training as a follow up. I believe Sharepoint could be a really useful tool for us organisationally so once we've set things up the way we want to, I'd be keen to learn how to set up Sharepoint pages for our areas and use it like an intranet.

Rachael was really lovely and created a very relaxed environment. All her explanations and small activities went by really easily and the workshop did not drag at all. Making it interactive with a canva board also brought a new online experience rather than just sitting watching a power point go by.

I found the Intermediate PowerPoint course very informative and will create more advanced PowerPoint slides to include charts, pictures, icons, animation, transitions and customised slide shows.

Really great session. Rachael was fantastic and my peers were too. Super interactive and I got a lot out of it.

Today's session was a little different discussing risk and various models. Still fairly interactive and engaging.

As always Nicky paced the session right. We were able to linger on areas where there was more discussion and ask questions as we went along. The overall course content was the perfect balance to allow self reflection and learn new skills. It wasn't overwhelming and was broken down into manageable chunks. Some sessions resonated more than others which is to be expected. I do wonder if one more in person session, perhaps mid way would have been really welcomed but I understand that might be a barrier for some (cost, travel time etc).
