Our trainer was great - engaging, helpful and just generally really nice! I learned a lot!

Really good session, engaging and pitched at the right level. plenty of time to complete tasks without feeling pressured with time and breakdown of the day was good for me - bitesize learning.

I thought our facilitator was great at involving the group and anticipate when comments were coming from individuals. It was refreshing to have a facilitator who was happy to be led by the group in the discussions, rather than relate to their personal experiences all the time.

The level and pace of the course was appropriate for my needs.
