it was a good course as I do seem to have the most difficult clients and sometimes it is not easy to calm them and they would not listen. good facilitator

It was good having time on the course to do it live, and that the facilitator had time to go through things 1-2-1 if you were struggling, and gave extra tasks if you were ahead of the group

Very good refresher for me thanks

It was a very fast flowing session which is so important for something running over 2 hours. The training provided many examples of how zoom meetings can do more than just replicate traditional meeting environments. I've left the session thinking much more about how meetings can be innovative and we can avoid any 'death by powerpoint' presentations.

Very good course, lots of content to cover, trainer definitely kept us on our toes!
