the course was ok. as with all these things there were some good things i've learnt. i thought it was very effective as a learning technique to have someone listen to you and repeat it back. there was one member of the course who was sometimes difficult. this no way in reflects negatively on the facilitator but the difficult person distracted from the learning a bit. i'm not sure what could be done about this really.

A good course, with lots of interaction between candidates/participants. Well structured and paced well allowing for team discussions and scrutiny of each issue.
