Too much time spent on explanation of Pivot tables and not enough hands on experience of participants doing it themselves, also 90 minutes not long enough to learn Pivot Tables I personally needed it to be all day to get greater benefit from it totally. Doing pivot tables are so important to the job/work that I do that I think it needs a full day's training to fully get to grips with it preferably classroom style.
It's great that even when I've covered this stuff recently it's still useful and there are bits that I still needed reminding of.

A really positive and timely session. The attendees were all fully engaged and shared lots of personal feelings and thoughts. Lots of content and information to take away and look at personally. Nick provided many tools to build resilience and emotional intelligence.
The course is great for all learning styles, especially kinetic learners. Although it's online, it doesn't lose the sense of everyone involved and learning together. The use of waiting until everyone has done the task is really useful and appreciates everyone learns at a different pace. I found it a safe space to ask questions when I didn't fully understand or couldn't work it out. Overall, I learned new skills and did so in an inclusive and proactive manner.
