Self harm addition was perfect addition to the course. Holly delivered the whole course with empathy. Amazingly talented.

Really insightful and informational. Expected a lot of dark and heavy topics however it came across easy to discuss whilst still being serious around the topics. Lots of key takeaways which will definitely help my role and aspire me to engage in more conversations, even when difficult. Friendly and welcoming host, Holly was amazing and relatable.

Really enjoyed it and glad I made time for it. I’m going to try and allocate time to reflect throughout the year.
