I enjoyed the session, it was very engaging, the facilitator was amazing She was able to give us the content and make it relatable and light.

Thanks again. Very interesting. Was wondering how outliers within all the data affect the overall conclusions. For example a baby boomer who excels on computers. Or Millennial who lives isolated away from tech. Really liked the point of using the tags positively. Although I do worry about “boxing people into generalisations” especially as there always tends to be outliers from all generations within a kitchen environment. Kitchens are full of rebels! Perhaps that a generalisation in itself!

Holly was brilliant and is obviously very good at her job. Though there could potentially have been more on recognising the symptoms of depression before the thoughts of suicide. Also more info on how factory workers are affected as most people that work at St ewe are factory rather than farm workers

A lot of the content really resonated. Would have found it really useful to have done before some of the issues experienced in the last 3 (teenage years) but also useful to factor in now.

Really interesting topics covered and very eyeopening, helping for when maybe one day I have a child or just to help my nieces as they are growing up I found it really interactive and very engaging, Holly was lovely too and very humble and relatable! Cant wait for more webinars!

Very helpful just to reassure that there are resources available if needed. And communication and talking and listening remains key.
