Excellent trainer - experienced , very confident generated very good debate , assumptions challenged in a very informative way. Course hard to improve on .

It really helped understand how court works and demystified the process. Even just learning that you essentially just have to be clear and factual to one person (i.e. the judge), who may not have experience or understanding of your field; you therefore need to be careful about using language that may not be understood. The tricky cross-examination questions were really good and just the type of thing that someone in my field would be asked, so that was really helpful.

Overall I found the course useful. While I have a lot of court experience in the past, I found a few nuggets from the course which I hope will be of benefit in future court experiences.

Useful refresher course on court skills. Well presented and the trainer was very engaging.

A very good course that I feel will improve my interviewing abilities.
