We need new serious incident wallet cards issued to all employees again. First aid refresher course should be done every year rather than every two years.

Probably needed more time on scenarios and case studies - would suggest a longer period ie 3 hours on that. Better to start with a case and then based on that case discussion go through various aspects such as EPOA / DMR
