Enjoyable day

The in-person day of training was stressful but really interesting and informative. It gave us lots of things to improve on and has built up our confidence in relation to dealing with hearings in the future.

Very helpful. Covered a wide range and the role play was invaluable.

Great range of info, did a great job of referring it to his audience in OT/SW/SLT/PT etc. Great to establish what people wanted from the course so he was able to facilitate for needs.

Found the training interesting and useful

Loved the case studies and how we all got to have a say on it and i really learned a lot about the vulnerable persons act. I feel I would like to know a bit more on this also Janet delivered this training very well and was very knowable. thanks again
