Perfect day with lots of informantions important for my job

I liked the way Alex provided us with notes/ handout! He went around the group and asked us our name role etc and went into detail which was a good personal Aspect! I liked the meti platform where we used to answer questions! Engaging and interactive!

Have completed this course only a few weeks ago but found this much better, engaging, interesting. Trainer was good, had a great way of presenting and trying to start discussion without being forceful. Breakout rooms were helpful also

The case study needs to be requested at sign up stage with advise for preparations to answer questions. Just a bit of advance notice.
