The course was very interactive and the instructor was a delight. Learnt a lot of new things. And it went swimmingly.

Rich has his own style of training which may not be by the book but adult training is difficult he was able to put everyone at ease and draw from life experience

Course was informative and insightful, instructor was good maybe spoke a little too much about unnecessary things but not a problem overall.

Good course with lots of helpful real world information and past experiences from trainer. Not boring and venue was good too

Instructor was really good. Lots of information and tips on how to help keep a person calm as well as treating them. Also how to utilise the people and things around to to get care as soon as possible.

Interesting and helpful reminder of the basics.

Instructor was very enthusiastic and made learning first aid fun. The course covered all basic topics and i now feel confident to perform cpr and other manoeuvres. Venue was a bit hard to find postcode doesnt go to the venue i had to put in the name of the building. Room was a bit hard to find but was well sign posted.
