Alison was great and demonstrated excellent knowledge. There were possibly a few too many stories of her experiences, and there were a couple of stories that were a bit distressing (especially about infants) The only other thing I would have liked would be to have the learning objectives for each section set out, so we knew what we were covering. I don’t doubt all the information was covered but it went back and forth a little. Alison has a great personality and made us all feel very comfortable. Overall the course was really good.

Informative course and well taught with interactive parts to make it more interesting

Instructor could not have been better, outstanding knowledge. Plenty of experience to back her up. If I was in need of medical assistance, she'd be the first person I'd call.

Good fun and enjoyed the course

The instructor delivered the content in a timely fashion.

Change of venue was disruptive to the course, however not a massive issue.

Wooden floor caused echoes making difficult to hear also floor hard when doing CPR and recovery position.
