I really enjoyed the two days, the tutor was great and I found the whole thing beneficial. Hoping to apply as much as I can the new skills learned to my day to day work.
As an online course this was good but delivery face to face will always help engagement which helps with subjects such as this. An excellent course well presented as usual by Denis who is a favourite of ours as he makes the subject relatable to our work environment.
Simply great, easy to understand, and learned a lot.
