It was a very enjoyable course with a lot of useful information and tips and delivered in a nice way. There was no part that was too difficult to follow and the tutor made us feel very relaxed.
I found this course very good. There was a good mix of practical work which allowed for interactive sessions in smaller groups. the course content was relevant and the tutors experience came through with their sharing of experiences.
I felt the course material, pace and knowledge of the tutor were excellent. I was not overloaded with work but still understood everything and obtained extensive knowledge of lean six sigma. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to progress their lean skills.

Excellent delivery by the presenter (Tom Keane). Course content was spot-on and very relevant. Tom involved all participants with plenty of interactive exercises and ensured that everyone fully understood the topic before moving on to the next. Highly recommend.
