Kevina is a very accomplished trainer with a broad knowledge of the standard and the two days training has delivered some good learning outcomes

I really enjoyed attending this course and it was a great opportunity to refresh how an effective validation on software should be carried out. It is very relevant to the project work I am currently involved in at the moment so the timing couldn't have been better. Carmel gave a great delivery of the course content and there was a lot of valuable information to take away from the 2 day sessions.

Kevina delivered the course extremely well, involved everybody in the discussions and included relevant "situational" examples throughout the 2 days to maintain personnel engagement. Overall, a very well presented and interactive course.

Actually enjoyed the course, trainer very personable as well as knowledgeable, struck the right balance between Standards requirements and FDA QSIT. The exercises undertaken increased confidence in taking issues back to appropriate section of standard. Brought forward elements of inspection I had not been aware of.

The course helped me to thoroughly understand the contents and structure of a food standards audit, as well as providing me with the confidence to begin food standards auditing within my company. Edel was a great teacher who constantly kept the learning engaging, which can be particularly difficult over zoom. I feel I have learned a lot from Edel's teaching and interactive exercises, which allowed us to put our learning into practice on multiple occasions throughout the two days. Overall I gained a lot of very practical knowledge from this course, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to develop in this area.

The course was well structured and had excellent tools and training materials. Edel was excellent at delivering the training and encouraging participation and challenging us. Also the working examples were tailored to each of the participates industries which was really good. Really enjoyed the virtual training, I didn't think that there were any disadvantages to online rather than in person training. The course was great in terms of interaction and break out rooms to allow collaboration amongst participants.
